Returns or exchange are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page). Just email contact@homeychoices.ca with your order details and we’ll send you the return instructions. FINAL SALE items will not be accepted to refund or exchange. Items that are made-to-order or personalized cannot be returned. Exchange items subject to the product inventory stock, if the item has been sold out we can issue store credit instead to your account. Returned items for exchange or refund should be new and ready for resale. It must be unused and in the original packaging, including tags, booklets, and labels. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. Returned items not in original condition for reasons that are not our error, are subject to a restocking fee being deducted from your refund.
